Bill Turner’s campaign is billowing from the creative input of his wife Sally—a totally new political sign design.

“Seeing our signs buffeted by the strong Fidalgo winds, I thought that it’s too bad they didn’t have adjustable rigging, like a sail. Then I thought, ‘Hey, why not a sign that acts like a sail … and swivels?’”

Sure that the design could be profitable, Sally laments that she didn’t first patent it. “Oh, well. The campaign is the point, and the signs turned out nicely.”
